Brandon, Managing Director of GOS Constructions QLD, leads with integrity, strategic vision, and extensive expertise in engineering and management.
He guides the company’s direction, culture, and commitment to safe, high-quality, and sustainable project delivery. Under Brandon’s leadership, GOS Constructions QLD has built a strong reputation for delivering civil infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects across regional Queensland.
Brandon is focused on strong client relationships, practical innovation, cohesive teamwork, and continuous improvement—ensuring every project is delivered with professionalism, accountability, and technical excellence.

Neil Arnold
2IC
Neil brings extensive hands-on experience in rural operations, heavy machinery, and remote site coordination to his role at GOS Constructions QLD.
With years of experience managing cattle stations in the Gulf region, Neil has developed strong expertise in logistics, road upgrades, machinery operations, and large-scale infrastructure delivery. As Site Supervisor, he plays a key role in managing civil projects from planning through to completion, including roadworks, culverts, bridges, and other essential infrastructure.
Neil also oversees GOS Constructions’ commercial and cattle fencing projects, combining practical rural knowledge with strong technical leadership. His focus on safety, reliability, and quality ensures every project is delivered efficiently and built to last.

Lachlan Howie
Lachie plays an important role in supporting GOS Constructions QLD’s civil construction projects.
As Civil 2IC, Lachie works closely with the civil team to support day-to-day site operations, project coordination, and the safe, efficient delivery of works across regional and remote Queensland. His role helps ensure crews, machinery, materials, and project requirements are well managed from start to finish.
With a strong background at Howie’s Earthmoving, Lachie brings practical experience in civil works, machinery operations, and on-site problem solving. His hands-on knowledge, reliability, and team-focused approach make him a valued part of GOS’s civil construction team, supporting quality outcomes across roadworks, earthworks, drainage, and infrastructure projects.

Ella Taylor
Business Development Manager
Ella plays a key role in supporting GOS Constructions QLD’s growth across civil construction, commercial fencing, and machinery wet hire.
As Business Development Manager, Ella works closely with clients, councils, contractors, and regional stakeholders to identify opportunities, prepare tailored proposals, and deliver practical project solutions across remote and regional Queensland.
With qualifications in Business and Law, along with strong regional experience, Ella brings commercial understanding, compliance awareness, and practical construction knowledge to every client relationship. Her work supports GOS’s commitment to responsive service, reliable outcomes, local engagement, and high-quality project delivery.

Noah Harrison
Team Lead
Noah brings four years of on-site experience across residential and civil projects throughout the Gulf region of North West Queensland.
A qualified carpenter with practical expertise in operating, servicing, and repairing heavy machinery, Noah combines strong technical skill with a hands-on approach to project delivery. As Site Foreman for large-scale residential works, he oversees projects from planning through to completion, ensuring each stage is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Known for his attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to coordinate trades and machinery, Noah plays a key role in delivering quality residential projects built with precision and care.

Rory plays a key role in supporting GOS Constructions QLD’s residential and commercial construction projects.
As 2IC for Residential and Commercial Construction, Rory works closely with the project team to support smooth day-to-day operations, site coordination, and high-quality project delivery. His role helps ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations.
With a practical, team-focused approach, Rory contributes to clear communication, reliable site support, and strong attention to detail across a range of residential and commercial projects. His commitment to quality and consistency makes him a valued part of the GOS Constructions QLD team.

Business Development Manager
Lauren “Loz” supports GOS Constructions QLD’s growth across the residential and commercial sectors.
As Business Development Manager, Lauren works closely with clients, developers, builders, consultants, and local stakeholders to identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and support practical, high-quality construction outcomes.
