Internal Refurbishment
GOS Constructions undertook the internal refurbishment of a government owned residential property.
Our team commenced this project by removing all water damaged ceiling, cornices and tiling. New extra R2.5 thermal insulation was installed in the ceiling throughout, followed by the plastering and installation of new cornices. New 19mm compressed cement sheet flooring and tiling was installed in the bathroom, in addition to a new toilet system.
Existing lighting was upgraded to energy efficient down lights, flywire screens were replaced on windows and the house underwent an internal paint throughout in preparation for new tenants.
Internal Refurbishment
GOS Constructions undertook the internal refurbishment of workers accommodation, that fell victim to the implications of the Wet Season in the Gulf.
All mould infected ceilings, wall linings and chipboard flooring were removed and disposed of, to make way for the supply and installation of new H3 treated plywood. Cliplock waterproof flooring, VJ Ultra wall panelling and ceilings, architraves and skirting boards were supplied and installed and finished off with a fresh coat of paint.
Bathroom Renovation
Our team reconfigured the layout of this bathroom, bringing life to the space, while maintaining the functionality and durability required for living spaces in the Gulf.
